This Privacy Policy explains what information GrooVibe collects when you visit groovibe.app, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Written in plain language — no legalese.

1. Who we are

GrooVibe is a product currently in development. During this pre-launch period, this website exists solely to collect interest from early users. Reach us at hello@groovibe.app for anything related to your data or this policy.

2. What we collect

Your email address — only when you voluntarily submit it via the waitlist form. We do not collect your name, phone number, location, device information, or any other personal data through the form.

3. Cloudflare — hosting and analytics

This website is hosted through Cloudflare, which provides infrastructure and basic web analytics. Cloudflare may process technical data as part of serving this page — including your IP address and country-level location. This is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare's analytics are privacy-friendly by design — no cookies, no individual user tracking, no personal profiles. We only see aggregate, anonymised data such as total visits and country-level traffic.

4. Why we collect your email

• To notify you when GrooVibe launches or becomes available for early access.
• To send occasional product updates before launch — no more than a handful of emails total.

We will never use your email for anything else.

5. Where your email is stored

Your email is stored in Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns, our contact management and email service. Zoho is an Indian company headquartered in Chennai, and your data is governed by Zoho's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any third-party advertising platforms, data brokers, or tracking services.

6. What we will never do

• Sell your email address to anyone.
• Share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Add you to any list unrelated to GrooVibe.
• Send you spam.

7. How long we keep your data

• Until you unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Until you request deletion — see Section 8.
• Until GrooVibe launches and you neither join nor engage, at which point inactive waitlist contacts are removed.

8. Your rights

• Access — ask what information we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to update your information.
• Delete — ask us to permanently remove your email.
• Withdraw — unsubscribe from all communications at any time.

Email hello@groovibe.app with subject "Data Request". We respond within 7 days.

9. Children

This website is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be notified by email to waitlist members.
